Prepared from a mix of native botanicals including desert lime and bush tomato from the Northern Territory, our Utopia small batch gin shows a unique and distinct flavour and finishes with the balance of a traditional dry gin.

Botanicals

The botanicals sourced are from traditional landowners and we engage the local community to harvest and collect which enables us to support families living from the land.

Desert Lime: Brown lime citrus, fermented notes, some pickled, stewed fruit and cut grass. Tart with some astringency & bitterness.
Bush Tomato: Savoury caramelized aroma of carob, some cereal notes. Savoury flavour with some sweetness. Too much adds a bitter end-note.

Meeting on Country (2019)

Meeting on Country (2019) is a contemporary story that depicts two tribal groups from different regions of Australia coming together and creating a design that represents both their tribal countries, both artists each detailing their ideas of how they see their country through their eyes.

The painting is representative of the Central Australian NT and Central West NSW regions, the tribal lands of the Arrernte and Barkindji peoples.

The wavy line represents the arid vegetation, wildflowers, and the changing landscapes. The concentric circles depict where the two families have gathered to collect water and bush tucker, and the straight lines show the pathways where they have travelled gathering and collecting.
